Join us for a multi-agency drop-in session for families and young people seeking information, advice, and support around post-16 pathways and transition to adulthood.
Representatives attending include:
• The City of York Specialist Learning & Employment Adviser (SLEA) Team, providing guidance on post-16 education, training, employment, and support options available in York.
• Preparation for Adulthood social work representatives from Children's and Adult Social Care, offering advice on transition planning and available support.
• An NHS Transitions Nurse, providing information about healthcare transitions into adult services.
